Order and Shipping

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship everyday to many countries using DHL.

How much is the shipping

DHL shipping module will calculate it automatically when you check out.

What payment method you use?

We use Paypal and currency is USD as it is the standard for international payments.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the packages haven't been picked up by DHL, we can cancel it and refund your
payment, no questions asked!

Can I add items to my current order?

If we haven't fulfilled your order, you can add items to your orders.
Reply to your order confirmation email and let us know what items you want to add, and then
we will email you the invoice for the new items.

How long is the shipping?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our
fulfillment team has received your order.
Once your order is fulfilled (typically less than 24hrs, except Sunday and holidays), you will
receive an email notification with your tracking information.
For most major cities, DHL usually delivers in about one week or less.

Do I need to pay tax?

We don't collect tax from customers, however if your package value exceeds the limit, there
might be custom tax collected by your government. Most of the time DHL will take care of the
custom tax adjustments and you just need to pay it.
Please refer to your home country’s import regulations, as every country has a different free
import tax limit.

Can I return items?

Every purchase is final, and we do not accept returns since we don't sell used products.
If you have any issues with one of our products, please contact us and we will help you.

When you process preorder items?

Depending on our production schedule, it can take a few days to a few weeks, please contact us
for details for a more specific timeline.
When production is finished, we allocate the items for customers who preorder first.

I haven't received my package!

You can track your shipment with the shipping number on the DHL website, and if the status
says delivered, try asking your family/neighbor/receptionist. Sometimes DHL will deliver it to
them to them when they can't find you.

Do you have other shipping?

Unfortunately, only DHL supports the shipping module for our store. We understand it is not
cheap since we are located in Southeast Asia, but DHL has proved to be a consistent and
reliable shipping source for our customers around the world.
